Most people have never bought tropical fish on-line before,
but it is the easiest way to get fish you have only seen pictures of into your aquariums.
We are direct importers from all over the world, and if there is a fish swimming anywhere
that you want, we can get it for you. We have been shipping and receiving fish for over
25 years, to and from, all corners of the world. Live delivery is guaranteed.
In the unlikely event of a casualty in transit, immediately call the store at 973-923-3200,
and report the mortality, and simply return the body by US priority mail to the store,
and it shall be replaced, or refunded, at our option. If you choose to have the fish replaced,
you, the customer, must pay the additional freight charges, OR, you may elect the option of
asking for a refund (or credit to your Credit Card) for the cost of the fish,
NOT INCLUDING THE ORIGINAL FREIGHT. Please use any of the links from our site,

After an order is placed, you will receive a reply, usually
within 1 business day (and we tend to work 7 days, but we do go on collecting
trips every so often).
There are 2 major alternatives for delivery;� Airborne Express, and air cargo on the
commercial passenger airlines.
Airborne Express Delivery to almost any address in the
United States makes sense when what is being shipped is fairly light, and can
fit into 1 box. A medium box is $39.00 or a large �double box� costs $59.00. Airborne�s freight costs must be paid at the
time the order is placed.
Air Cargo on Continental, Northwest, or United Airlines is
available to most major airports in the United States.� Shipments will be sent freight collect, and
actual shipping charges can be paid upon package pickup.� Continental�s CMR Service (Confirmed Must
Ride) costs approximately $65, while Northwest and United�s general freight
costs approximately $40, and is quite dependable.
Orders may be paid for with,
credit/debit cards, money orders or checks.�
Personal checks will take 10 business days to clear.� NO FISH CAN BE HELD UNTIL FULLY PAID
FOR.� Those deciding to use credit cards
should pay online with the link in their confimation e-mail or call the store at 973-923-3200, and leave the number, and your name.� Amounts will be confirmed via email, before
shipment.� Please remember that store
personnel will have no access to online information, including any information
about your order, inventory, or shipment schedules.� The online business is totally separate from our �brick and
mortar� business.� Any/all inquiries
concerning online activity, including orders, shipments, and inventory must be
made via email to info@SharkAquarium.com.� This is staffed 12 hours each day (and then
some !!).
Shipments are usually made early in the week, but may be arranged
for any specific day.� There is a $10
box and packing charge per order, regardless of the number of boxes actually
used.� In the winter, there is a $1.50
charge for heat packs per box, used at our discretion.� Credit cards will not be charged until the
day of shipping.� We will make specific
shipping arrangements in advance, by email, as well as a final shipping
notification, including airbill number and expected arrival time.� Once shipped, it is the customers
responsibility to pick up the shipment upon delivery.� Most fish are packed for 48 hours, so if the airline cancels a
flight, or Airborne misses a delivery, don�t panic.� Live arrival is guaranteed.�
The fish will be fine.
Shipments made outside the
United States are possible.� There is a
$125 charge for Fish & Wildlife and Customs forms and inspections.� All export orders must be fully paid for in
advance.� The customer bears all
responsibility for local regulations, and import procedures, and will hold
harmless Shark Aquarium & Pet Center, Inc., and all of its employees, from
local laws and regulations.� No animals
will be shipped into areas where they are legally forbidden.� Please do not ask!!!� Placing of an order implies explicit
agreement to these terms.�
